Dinner – Dream Symbol Interpretation
Always returning dreams of a typical dinner scene with a beloved partner (cultivated ambience, candle light etc.) often expresses the wish for a firm connection, family foundation. One would like to be able to be sure to come home in a harmonious, stimulating atmosphere. Dreams of tension-loaded evening table rounds state rather the opposite: unfriendly faces, icy silence at the table, one pokes only half-heartedly about food. The dreamer is often demanded too much by informal expectations, he should ‘function’ constantly, he has no clearance within the respect etc. – ‘the appetite has passed to him in the family life’, he ‘is fed up with it’.
