Relatives

I dreamed I was in my grandma's yard . The grandma who lives far away from me and is not in good health. Well her yard was all over grown . I asked her if she would like for me to cut it and she seemed delighted that I asked as she was walking me to get the lawn mower I fell into wat seemed like a rocky creek bed . Then there was a snake and it was brown ish with some sort of design it. I told my grandma to wait . Then the snake seemed to keep getting closer to me and that's when I fell into deeper water and Couldn't swim up to the surface to breath . I was drowning . I could see my grandmas outline fading the all of a sudden my cousin that I haven't seen in years either jumped in the water . He didn't seem to be reaching or trying to save me but I wouldn't know because I was panicky about not getting air and I woke up
Can anyone please try to interpret this. I do keep a dream journal so I frequently have dreams that are very obvious to their meaning but this one worries me because of all the different symbols . Thanks
